低浓度瓦斯燃烧安全风险分析与探讨

  • 摘要: 在“碳达峰、碳中和”的战略背景下,煤矿瓦斯减排作为我国非二氧化碳温室气体减排的关键领域,其重要性日益凸显。低浓度瓦斯直接燃烧技术凭借其占地面积小、建设投资与运维成本较低、热能回收效率高等优势,已成为当前研究热点。系统阐述了低浓度瓦斯燃烧利用技术理论研究进展及工程应用现状,基于天然气预混燃烧技术的成熟经验,深入分析了多孔介质燃烧技术与金属纤维燃烧技术在低浓度瓦斯应用中的主要安全风险。针对煤矿抽采瓦斯浓度波动大、含水量及含尘量高等技术难点,在低浓度瓦斯安全燃烧模式选择、燃烧头结构设计、瓦斯气体净化、监测控制及管理等方面提出了系统性解决方案,以期为低浓度瓦斯安全燃烧利用技术的深入研究与工程推广应用提供参考。

     

    Abstract: Under the strategic background of " carbon peak and carbon neutrality",coal mine gas emission reduction,as a key area of non-carbon dioxide greenhouse gas emission reduction in China, is becoming increasingly important. The direct combustion technology of low concentration gas has become a current research hotspot due to its advantages of small occupied area,low construction and operation costs,and high heat recovery efficiency. This study systematically expounds the theoretical research progress and engineering application status of low-concentration gas combustion and utilization technology. Based on the mature experience of natural gas premixed combustion technology,it deeply analyzes the main safety risks of porous medium combustion technology and metal fiber combustion technology in the application of low concentration gas. A systematic solution has been proposed to address the technical difficulties of high gas concentration fluctuations,high water and dust content in coal mine gas extraction. This solution covers the selection of safe combustion modes for low concentration gas,design of combustion head structures,gas purification,monitoring and control,and management. It is expected to provide reference for the in-depth research and engineering promotion and application of the safe combustion and utilization technology of low-concentration gas.
