基于多角度光散射湿度修正的粉尘质量浓度检测技术

Dust mass concentration detection technology based on multi-angle light scattering humidity correction

  • 摘要: 为减小检测误差,提出一种实时湿度修正的粉尘质量浓度检测技术。基于Mie散射理论,研究多角度光散射理论,建立实时湿度修正粉尘质量浓度检测的数学理论模型,研制多角度光散射的粉尘质量浓度检测单元;剖析煤炭粉尘颗粒吸湿生长的特性,试验研究环境湿度、粉尘粒径和散射光通量间的关系,建立湿度修正优化算法,提出多角度光散射湿度修正的粉尘质量浓度检测技术;将湿度修正因子算法写入多角度光散射粉尘质量浓度检测单元中。试验发现:带湿度修正的多角度光散射粉尘质量浓度检测单元的检测误差ξ≤ 10.6%,比不带湿度修正的误差小3.3%。

     

    Abstract: To reduce detection errors,a real-time humidity correction technology for dust mass concentration detection was proposed. By analyzing the Mie scattering theory and studying the multi-angle light scattering theory,a mathematical theoretical model for real-time humidity correction dust mass concentration detection was established,and a multi-angle light scattering dust mass concentration detection unit was developed. The characteristics of moisture absorption growth of coal dust particles were analyzed. The relationship between environmental humidity, dust particle size, and scattered luminous flux was experimentally studied. The detection technology of dust mass concentration with multi-angle light scattering humidity correction was proposed. The humidity correction factor algorithm was written into the multi-angle light scattering dust mass concentration detection unit. It is found that the detection error of the multi-angle light scattering dust mass concentration detection unit with humidity correction ξ is ≤ 10. 6%,which is 3. 3% smaller than that without humidity correction.
