用于水平定向钻进的自供电振动传感器的研制

Development of self-powered vibration sensors for horizontal directional drilling

  • 摘要: 对水平定向钻进孔底钻具振动的实时监测,对于保障作业安全和提高工作效率均具有重要意义。同时,传统的振动传感器在供电方面存在局限性,而具有自发电功能的振动传感器更加适宜实际工况。基于摩擦纳米发电机原理,提出了一种新型自供电振动传感器,其可充分利用钻进过程中振动工况诱导发电,并同步实现振动频率的测量。试验结果表明:传感器可在0~105℃温度范围、0~90%相对湿度范围内正常工作,测量振动频率范围为0~13 Hz,测量误差小于±3%,传感器的安装平面倾角不超过45°;传感器的发电性能显示其输出功率最大可达0.61 μW,并联多个传感器并进行电量存储后使用,可为其他井下测量仪器供电。相关研究成果可为井下随钻测量及传感器的研发人员提供一定的借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Real-time monitoring of vibration of horizontal directional drilling bottom hole drilling tools is of great significance for ensuring drilling safety and improving drilling efficiency. Traditional vibration sensors have limitations in power supply,while self-powered vibration sensors are more suitable for actual working conditions. Based on the principle of triboelectric nanogenerator,this study proposes a novel self-powered vibration sensor that can fully utilize the induced electricity generation during the drilling process and simultaneously measure the vibration frequency. Experimental results show that the sensor can work normally in a temperature range of 0 ℃ to 105 ℃ and a relative humidity range of 0% to 90%, with a vibration frequency measurement range of 0 Hz to 13 Hz and a measurement error of less than ±3%. Additionally,the sensor can be installed on a plane with a tilt angle of less than 45°. Furthermore,the power output of the sensor can reach a maximum of 0. 61 μW,and when used in parallel with multiple sensors for power storage,it can supply power to other underground measuring instruments. The research findings can provide valuable reference for developers of underground measurement and sensor equipment.
