不同加载条件砂岩破坏声发射多通道参数差异性研究

Study on the differences of acoustic emission multichannel parameters for sandstone failure under different loading conditions

  • 摘要: 岩石损伤破坏过程伴随明显声学特征,不同声发射(AE)通道的信号特征常常存在差异。为探究岩石破坏过程声发射不同通道信号差异化特征和机制,开展不同加载条件下砂岩受载破坏多通道声发射同步监测实验。结果表明:不同加载条件下砂岩受载破坏全程各通道声发射参数表现出共性规律,即参数在弹性阶段活动微弱,其余阶段则密集活跃;但不同通道的参数演变模式及参数幅值差异显著,部分通道累计振铃计数曲线在压密阶段增速大而在破坏阶段增速小,其余通道增速则相反,且破坏阶段幅值差异达2~6倍。造成这种差异的机制是:砂岩破裂引起的弹性波随传播距离增大而衰减;砂岩的破裂源和传感器的间距不等导致信号强度差异;设定门槛值造成部分通道信号遗漏。

     

    Abstract: The damage destruction process of rocks is accompanied by distinct acoustic characteristics, and the signal characteristics collected from different acoustic emission channels often vary. In order to investigate the characteristics and mechanisms of the different channels of acoustic emission during the rock damage process,multi-channel acoustic emission synchronous monitoring experiments were carried out for sandstone loaded damage under different loading conditions. The results show that the acoustic emission parameters of each channel in the whole process of sandstone loaded damage under different loading conditions show a common pattern,the parameters are weakly active in the elastic stage,and intensively active in the rest of the stage. However,the parameter evolution patterns and parameter amplitudes of different channels are significantly different. The cumulative ringing count curves of some channels have a large growth rate in the compaction stage and a small growth rate in the destruction stage,while the rest of the channels have the opposite pattern,and the amplitude difference in the destruction stage reach 2 to 6 times. The mechanism causing this difference is that the elastic waves caused by sandstone failure attenuate with increase of propagation distance. The different spacing between the failure source of sandstone and the sensors leads to the difference of signal strength,and the setting of the threshold value leads to the omission of the signal in some channels.
