煤矿打钻管理系统关键技术研究与应用

Research and application of key technologies in coal mine drilling management system

  • 摘要: 针对煤矿探放水和瓦斯抽采治理中“一钻一视频”系统存在的摄像仪迁移不便、远程监钻验钻手段匮乏等问题,研究了基于电缆的远距离传输技术和基于AI视频分析的钻杆自动识别计数技术。从煤矿打钻作业的流程和管理需求出发,结合打钻人员和管理人员的应用痛点,研发了煤矿打钻管理系统,向用户提供实时视频监视、监控画面调节、基础信息管理、打钻业务管理、录像查询、台账及报表管理、双向语音对讲、智能辅助验钻等功能,实现打钻作业的全流程信息化管理。实验及实践应用表明:系统可通过电缆实现视频图像的2 km远距离传输,钻杆自动识别计数准确率大于97.00%。

     

    Abstract: In the water exploration and drainage and gas drainage control of coal mines, the "one drilling, one video" system has problems such as inconvenient relocation of cameras and lack of remote monitoring and inspection means for drilling.In response to these problems, the long-distance transmission technology based on cables, as well as the automatic identification and counting technology of drill rods based on AI video analysis were studied.Starting from the process and management requirements of coal mine drilling operations, and combining the application pain points of drilling personnel and managers, a coal mine drilling management system was developed, providing users with functions such as real-time video monitoring, monitoring screen adjustment, basic information management, drilling business management, video query, ledger and report management, two-way voice intercom, and intelligent auxiliary drilling verification, realizing the full process information management of drilling operations.Experiments and practical applications show that the system can achieve 2 km long-distance transmission of video images through cables, and the accuracy of automatic recognition and counting of drill rods is greater than 97.00%.
