Abstract:
At present,the mechanization degree of the driving face increased to more than 90%,and the coal dust pollution caused by the increase of mine production has also increased. In view of the problems existing in the dust control system and the ventilation and dust removal system of rapid driving,the driving process of the Tunnel Boring Machine(TBM) in Gaojiapu Coal Mine was studied. Based on the combined research method of investigation, numerical simulation and field verification, a collaborative dust control technology of wall-attached swirling wind and dry precipitator was proposed. The numerical simulation results show that the technology can form a high-speed air curtain in the rapid driving face,which can effectively block the dust source of TBM. The respirable dust is controlled within 5 m from the driving face. The field test results show that the dust mass concentration at each sampling point in the driving face of Gaojiapu Coal Mine is lower than 150 mg / m
3,and the dust control efficiency can reach more than 85% compared with the original ventilation method.
