煤基固废多元信息数据库构建及利用路径评价

The evaluation of construction and utilization path of multivariate information database of solid waste from coal

  • 摘要: 以新疆宽沟煤矿和屯宝煤矿各地点煤基固废为研究对象,系统开展煤基固废理化特性测试,构建煤基固废潜在利用路径层次分析评价模型,划分煤基固废潜在利用等级,基于Python-Tkinter库开发煤基固废理化特性数据库并进行具体应用,结果表明:宽沟煤矿的煤基固废品质优于屯宝煤矿,工作面和选煤厂矸石的利用等级高于矸石山矸石;工作面和选煤厂的矸石潜在最优利用路径为喷浆材料、注浆材料、充填材料和水泥材料,矸石山矸石的潜在最优利用路径为喷浆材料和土壤复垦。研究成果为系统分析煤基固废的潜在利用等级提供了理论依据,并可为新疆其他矿区煤基固废信息系统构建和资源化利用提供借鉴。

     

    Abstract: Taking the solid waste from coal in Kuangou Coal Mine and Tunbao Coal Mine in Xinjiang as the research object,the physical and chemical properties of solid waste from coal were systematically tested. The model of hierarchical analysis and evaluation of potential utilization path of solid waste from coal was constructed,and the potential utilization grade of solid waste from coal was divided. Based on Python-Tkinter library,the physical and chemical properties database of solid waste from coal was developed and applied. The results show that:(1) The quality of solid waste from coal in Kuangou Coal Mine is better than that in Tunbao Coal Mine,and the utilization grade of gangue in working face and coal preparation plant is higher than that of waste dump. (2) The potential optimal utilization paths of gangue in working face and coal preparation plant are shotcrete material,grouting material,filling material and cement material. The potential optimal utilization of gangue in waste dump is shotcrete material and land reclamation. The research results provide a theoretical basis for systematically analyzing the potential utilization level of solid waste from coal,and provide reference for the construction and resource utilization of information system of solid waste from coal in other mining areas in Xinjiang.
