Abstract:
In the process of coal minging in the deep buried Jurassic coalfield area in the northern part of the Ordos Basin, the flood damage of the roof Jurassic Zhiluo Formation aquifer and the Cretaceous Zhidan Group aquifer is mainly threatened. The Anding Formation strata between the two are key aquifers, and their thickness and water resisting property directly affect the hydraulic connection degree between the upper and lower aquifers, thereby affecting the water prevention and control of coal mine. In response to the insufficient research on the water resisting property of the Anding Formation strata in this area,a typical mine Shilawusu in the deep buried Jurassic mining area in the northern part of the Ordos Basin was taken as the research object. Methods such as microscopic mineral identification, microscopic porosity testing, expansion and disintegration testing, and permeability testing were used to reveal the lithology, porosity, collapse resistance, and permeability characteristics of the Anding Formation strata in the study area. The results show that the lithology of Anding Formation in the study area is mainly sandy mudstone, siltstone, fine sandstone and medium sandstone, which are interbedded in the upper and lower strata. The porosity of the Anding Formation is about 1. 53% to 16. 88%,and the larger the proportion of mudstone, the lower the porosity. The sand and mudstone of the Anding Formation have weak swelling ability and not easy to collapse when exposed to water, which indicates that the content of hydrophilic clay minerals in the formation is relatively low. The permeability coefficient of the Anding formation is about 8×10
-4 m / d to 5. 59×10
-3 m / d,and the permeability is weak. Overall, areas with small sandy areas have better water resistance, while areas with large sandy areas have average water resistance. Combined with regional hydrogeological conditions,Anding formation as a whole can be regarded as a relative confining bed.
