煤矿采掘动态接续平衡预警系统设计及应用

Design and application of early warning system for coal mine mining continuity dynamic balance

  • 摘要: 实现采掘接续动态平衡对煤矿的生产起着至关重要的作用,对煤炭企业的安全生产和运营有直接影响。分析了煤矿采掘接续动态平衡的研究现状及存在的问题,开发了煤矿采掘接续动态平衡预警系统,重点介绍了该预警系统的架构与功能设计内容。应用结果表明,该预警系统通过对煤矿采掘接续的基本信息进行实时监控与动态管理,可实现采掘接续预警。煤矿采掘接续动态平衡预警系统可为智能矿山建设提供第一手数据,对采掘计划的编排有良好的辅助作用,为矿山采掘接续平衡提供一种科学有效的决策方法,是大型能源集团一体化生产运营协同调度技术的重要支点,也是实现能源保供任务的根本保障之一。

     

    Abstract: Realizing the dynamic balance of mining continuity plays a vital role in the production of coal mines, and has a direct impact on the safe production and operation of coal enterprises. This study analyzed the research status and existing problems of coal mine mining continuity dynamic balance, developed the coal mine mining continuity dynamic balance early warning system, and focused on the architecture and function design of the system. The application results show that the system can realize the early warning of mining continuity through real-time monitoring and dynamic management of the basic information of mine mining continuity. As providing the first-hand data sets for the construction of intelligent mines, the system plays a good auxiliary role in the layout of mining plans. It also provides a scientific and effective decision-making method for mining continuity balance. This system is an important fulcrum of integrated production and operation cooperative scheduling technology for large energy groups, and is also one of the fundamental guarantees for the realization of energy supply guarantee tasks.
