Abstract:
Under the background of "carbon peak and carbon neutrality", the proportion of coal production in surface coal mines has increased year by year, and the supervision of carbon energy in surface coal mines has attracted more and more attention. Taking surface coal mine as a typical research object, a digital-twin based carbon energy supervision method for surface coal mines was proposed, mapping the carbon energy data of surface coal mines to virtual space. The energy consumption and carbon emission of surface coal mine were accurately simulated and predicted by digital-twin technology. A supervision platform was constructed in the South Surface Coal Mine of SPIC, which can achieve enterprise energy management, carbon emission management, comprehensive analysis of enterprise carbon energy, carbon visualization, and system comprehensive management. It can effectively improve the refined carbon energy management and clean and low-carbon development level of surface coal mine enterprises, and solve the problem of insufficient data integrity, multi-source heterogeneous data and intelligent supervision. It provides certain references for the development of intelligent carbon management in coal mines.
