Abstract:
In order to solve the contradiction between sprinkling water to reduce dust and road surface icing for truck road in North Surface Coal Mine in winter, firstly, the three functional components of wetting, moisturizing and coagulation were determined by analysis as sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate (B), glycerol (N), polyacrylamide (R), and the compound antifreeze (F, 30% glycol+5% potassium acetate+10% potassium formate by mass fraction) was determined. Secondly, the orthogonal test was carried out with B, N, R and F. The four indicators of permeation rate, evaporation resistance, viscosity and freezing point were tested to determine the best formula of antifreeze dust inhibitor B

3 and its optimal volume dilution ratio of 1∶2. The anti-freeze dust suppressant was sprayed on the field test road section. Continuously test the water content of road surface, total dust, exhaled dust, and dust particle size of the road surface for 6 days. The field test results show that the average water content of the road surface is 12% after spraying anti-freeze dust suppressant. The dustfall efficiency of total dust and breath dust are 93% and 91%. The proportion of large particle size dust increased by 54.6%, indicating that the anti-freeze dust suppressant have cementation performance and moisture regain performance. The research results provide theoretical basis for effectively solving the problem of antifreeze and dust suppression on trucks road in coal mine.
