Abstract:
The current blue light hazard assessment standards are all based on the condition that the illumination of the light source is 500 lx or the distance is 200 mm. The test conditions are different from the actual application scenarios of the mine, especially the brightness and distance do not match, and the color temperature of the light source is closely related to the blue light hazard. In order to study the biological mechanism of the blue light hazard and the influencing factors of the hazard degree, the relevant standards of the blue light hazard assessment of the current domestic and foreign IEC, CIE and other authoritative organizations were studied and analyzed. The requirements of blue light exposure limit were summarized and put forward according to the calculation method of blue light hazard. The test scheme of the influence of three important factors of LED light source brightness, color temperature and lighting distance on blue light hazard was designed based on the actual situation of the application of LED light source in the mine. The test results show that the brightness and color temperature of LED light source are positively correlated with the blue light hazard, while the illumination distance is negatively correlated with the blue light hazard. The research guides the safe use and protection of LED explosion-proof lamps for mining, and provides a basis for the revision of relevant product standards such as lamps, which is of great practical significance.
