Abstract:
In order to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of the evaluation of dual prevention mechanism construction in non-coal mine mountains, an evaluation model combining the combination weighting method and cloud model was proposed to evaluate the degree of dual prevention mechanism construction.Firstly, the models established a dual evaluation index system and using the combination weighting method to determine the index weight. Secondly, the method introduced the cloud model theory and using MATLAB to construct the membership function of evaluation index, so as to construct the evaluation model of dual prevention construction in non-coal mines. The results of dual prevention mechanism construction in tin foundation pit lead-zinc mine in Guiping City were selected as an example, and compared with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. The results show that the evaluation model of non-coal mine dual prevention construction based on the combination weight - cloud model is scientific and practical. The model can solve the problems of subjectivity and randomness in traditional evaluation methods and improves the accuracy of evaluation results of non-coal mine dual prevention mechanism construction.
