Abstract:
In order to standardize and optimize the roadway support design in Datong mining area, the typical production mines in Datong mining area were taken as the research objects, and 80 representative geological drilling parameters were collected. The structural characteristics of overburden structure was classified by theoretical analysis, based on the characteristics of overburden structure in Datong mining area, a classification method of roadway roof stability with overburden structure index as the main index is proposed, and the characteristics of the combined support by rockbolt and anchor cable were analyzed by numerical simulation method. The results show that, under the condition of certain prestress, when the length of the rockbolt and anchor cable exceeds its effective length, the compressive stress area of the free end and the anchor end tends to be separated; within the allowable range of the tensile stress of the rockbolt and anchor cable, increasing the pre-tightening force will help to improve its anchoring effect; the joint support of the rockbolt and anchor cable makes the shallow and deep surrounding rock of the roadway form a continuous compressive stress area, which is conducive to roadway stability. Based on the classification of roadway surrounding rock stability and the support mechanism of the rockbolt and anchor cable, the parameters of roadway support in Datong mining area are standardized and optimized, and are promoted in Tashan, Tongxin, Yanzishan and other mines in Datong mining area, with remarkable social and economic benefits.
