煤矿5G智能化应用实践关键技术研究

Research on key technologies of 5G intelligent application practice in coal mine

  • 摘要: 基于山西新元煤矿5G技术智能化应用背景,通过剖析当前煤矿智能化对于4G与WiFi通信技术各项性能的发展需求,提出了煤矿5G智能化应用场景及设计内容;从智能化建设顶层设计体系出发,搭建矿用5G网络、部署组织架构,研究提出适用于井下精准协调控制、综采工作面设备智能监测与集中控制、系统运行状态回传和井下透明可视化巡检的技术方案,以实现井上井下协同作业、综采工作面智能化和机器人智能巡检。研究成果在新元煤矿31004和3411工作面进行应用,应用结果表明,技术方案的实施显著提高了煤矿经济效益,有助于推动实现煤矿井下少(无)人化作业。

     

    Abstract: Based on the intelligent application background of 5G technology in Xinyuan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, this study put forward the application scenario and design content of 5G intelligent coal mine by analyzing the development requirements of coal mine intelligent for the current performance of 4G and WiFi communication technologies. Starting from the top-level design system of intelligent construction, the 5G network for mining is built, the organizational structure is deployed, and technical solutions suitable for underground accurate coordination control, intelligent monitoring and centralized control of equipment in fully mechanized mining face, system operating status return and transparent and visual inspection are proposed. The technical scheme promotes the realization of surface and underground coordinated operation, intelligent fully mechanized mining face and intelligent robot inspection. The research results have been successfully applied in 31004 and 3411 working faces of Xinyuan Coal Mine, and the application results show that the implementation of the technical scheme has significantly increased the economic and technical benefits of coal mine, and is helpful to promote the realization of less (no) human operation in the coal mine.
