Abstract:
Based on the intelligent application background of 5G technology in Xinyuan Coal Mine in Shanxi Province, this study put forward the application scenario and design content of 5G intelligent coal mine by analyzing the development requirements of coal mine intelligent for the current performance of 4G and WiFi communication technologies. Starting from the top-level design system of intelligent construction, the 5G network for mining is built, the organizational structure is deployed, and technical solutions suitable for underground accurate coordination control, intelligent monitoring and centralized control of equipment in fully mechanized mining face, system operating status return and transparent and visual inspection are proposed. The technical scheme promotes the realization of surface and underground coordinated operation, intelligent fully mechanized mining face and intelligent robot inspection. The research results have been successfully applied in 31004 and 3411 working faces of Xinyuan Coal Mine, and the application results show that the implementation of the technical scheme has significantly increased the economic and technical benefits of coal mine, and is helpful to promote the realization of less (no) human operation in the coal mine.
