煤矿智能安控技术体系与高质量发展对策

Intelligent security control technology system and high-quality development countermeasures for coal mines

  • 摘要: 概述了我国煤炭生产安全保障技术发展成效,总结了目前煤矿生产安全及灾害防治面临的挑战,对煤矿灾害智能化防治发展需求进行了分析。详细介绍了AI视频监测、智能高精度传感及瓦斯、顶板、水灾智能防治等支撑灾害超前治理和源头管控的煤矿智能安控关键技术。阐述了基于现代能源与矿业治理体系的煤炭产业治理与安全保障体系标准建设思路与规划,并进一步提出终端类、平台应用类、信息传输类和公共类四大类建设内容。分别从建设理念、数字化生态、技术装备、产业链及生态环保等方面剖析了煤矿智能化发展过程中存在的问题并提出对策,助力煤矿智能化建设实现高质量发展。

     

    Abstract: This study summarizes the achievements of coal production safety technology in China, summarizes the challenges of coal production safety and coal mine disaster prevention and control, and analyzes the development needs of intelligent prevention and control of coal mine disasters. The key technologies of intelligent safety control in coal mines are introduced in detail, such as AI video monitoring, intelligent high-precision sensing, and intelligent prevention of gas, roof, and flood disasters, which support the advanced governance and source control of coal mine disasters and improve the level of efficient production safety guarantee in coal mines. The study expounds the standard construction thinking and planning of coal industry governance and safety guarantee system based on modern energy and mining governance system, and further puts forward four types of construction contents, including terminal class, platform application class, information transmission class and public class. From the aspects of construction concept, digital ecology, technical equipment, industrial chain and ecological environmental protection, the study analyzes the problems existing in the intelligent development process of coal mine and puts forward countermeasures to help the intelligent construction of coal mine achieve high-quality development.
