深井孤岛煤柱工作面沿空留巷支护技术研究

Study on support technology of gob-side entry retaining in isolated island coal pillar working face in the deep well

  • 摘要: 以车集煤矿深井孤岛煤柱工作面为工程背景,探究深井高应力孤岛煤柱工作面沿空留巷充填体—围岩变形机理;构建沿空留巷围岩力学结构模型,计算出沿空留巷支护所需充填体的宽度及强度,并通过FLAC3D软件模拟、现场监测验证了充填体宽度和强度的合理性。研究结果表明:孤岛煤柱工作面沿空留巷采用高水充填材料巷旁充填技术,以充填袋成形方式进行充填,可使充填体有效接顶;采用“锚杆锚索联合支护+巷旁充填体”方式进行煤柱中巷支护时,合理的充填体宽度为4.0 m,应力达到8.0 MPa时巷道变形趋于稳定。现场监测结果表明:23下工作面开采30 d内,煤柱中巷最大顶板下沉量不超过50 mm,充填体帮部变形不超过40 mm;回采结束后30 d内,顶板下沉量不超过20 mm,充填体帮部变形量最大为348 mm,煤帮变形量较小,最大处为150 mm,沿空留巷效果良好。

     

    Abstract: Taking the isolated island coal pillar working face in the deep well of Juji Coal Mine as the engineering background, the deformation mechanism of backfill-surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining in the high-stress isolated island coal pillar working face in the deep well was explored. The mechanical structure model of surrounding rock of gob-side entry retaining was built, and the width and strength of backfill required by gob-side entry retaining were calculated. The rationality of width and strength of backfill was verified by FLAC3D software simulation and field monitoring. The research results show that the roadside filling technology of high-water filling material is adopted for gob-side entry retaining in isolated island coal pillar working face, and the filling is carried out in the form of filling bags, so that the filling body can be effectively connected to the roof. The method of "anchor bolt and anchor cable combined support + roadside filling body" is used to support the coal pillar in the roadway. The reasonable width of backfill is 4.0 m, and the roadway deformation tends to be stable when the stress reaches 8.0 MPa. The on-site monitoring results show that the maximum roof subsidence of the middle coal pillar roadway does not exceed 50 mm and the side deformation of the backfill body does not exceed 40 mm within 30 days of mining in 23down working face. Within 30 days after the end of coal winning, the roof subsidence does not exceed 20 mm, the maximum deformation of the backfill body is 348 mm, and the deformation of the coal gang is small, the maximum is 150 mm. The effect of gob-side entry retaining is good.
