受限空间无轨胶轮车尾气(CO、SO2)排放扩散规律试验研究

Test research on diffusion law of tail gas (CO, SO2) discharged from trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in confined space

  • 摘要: 为研究以煤矿井下运输大巷为主的受限空间内无轨胶轮车尾气扩散规律,揭示多相污染物的形成机理,自主搭建了无轨胶轮车尾气空间分布规律相似试验平台,对顺风行驶无轨胶轮车时排出CO和SO2的扩散规律开展了物理模拟试验。研究表明,较低的风速和车速易使CO和SO2积聚于胶轮车后部空间,导致其浓度增高,通过提高巷道风速、车速均在0.6 m/s以上时,气流带来的尾气稀释作用明显且比较经济。另外,在巷道风速和无轨胶轮车车速的双重影响下,9个监测点尾气浓度下降明显,巷道壁面处的尾气受附面层绕流运动的影响浓度较低,稀释速度也慢。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the diffusion law of tail gas discharged from trackless rubber-tyred vehicle in confined space mainly in underground main haulageway of coal mine, and to reveal the formation mechanism of multi-phase pollutants, the similar test platform for spatial distribution law of tail gas discharged from trackless rubber-tyred vehicle was independently built. The physical simulation test on the diffusion rule of CO and SO2 discharged from the trackless rubber-tyred vehicle driving with tail wind was carried out. The research shows that low wind and low vehicle speed tend to allow CO and SO2 to accumulate in the rear space of the vehicle, resulting in the increase of their concentration. By increasing the wind speed of roadway and vehicle speed to both above 0.6 m/s, the tail gas dilution effect caused by the gas flow is obvious and economical. In addition, under the dual influence of the wind speed of roadway and trackless rubber-tyred vehicle speed, the tail gas concentration at nine monitoring points decreases significantly, and the concentration of tail gas at the roadway wall affected by the detour flow of the boundary layer is low and the dilution speed is slow.
