Abstract:
In order to reduce the consumption of natural resources, the thixotropic cement slurry was added into the solid fine particle molybdenum tailing sand produced by molybdenum smelting. Through orthogonal test, the proportion design of thixotropic molybdenum tailing cement slurry was carried out. The thixotropy, compressive strength of stone body and water separation rate were tested. Based on the experimental results, the calculation method of the thixotropic coefficient was proposed. Through the range analysis, the effects of the mass fraction of positive electric glue, water-cement ratio and solid phase ratio on the thixotropy of the slurry, water separation rate and the corresponding compressive strength of the stone body were analyzed. The cement slurry performance of thixotropic molybdenum tailings is the best when the mass fraction of positive electric glue is 6%, the water-cement ratio is 0.8, and the solid phase ratio is 6∶4.
