Abstract:
In order to further standardize safety management of enterprises, strengthen the foundation of safety management, and build a long-term safety management mechanism, this paper takes National Energy Group as the research object, combines safety performance assessment and safety risk pre-control management assessment, and conducts an research on the intrinsic safety assessment model. The intrinsic safety assessment model is established and applied in practice. The research results show that there are some shortcomings in the safety management of subsidiaries and branches that need to be improved, including other elements control, element system documents, operation control of production system, system audit and control, hazard source identification and risk control ability, training, awareness and culture, etc. The average score of the intrinsic safety system of 27 subsidiaries and branches is 78.34, among which three subsidiaries do not reach the level of production intrinsic safety enterprise above level 3. The research results can effectively solve the management defects of enterprises and provide theoretical support for the healthy and safe development of enterprises.
