顺和煤矿工作面底板太灰水动态引流方案设计应用

Design and application of dynamic drainage scheme for Taiyuan formation limestone aquifer in working face floor of Shunhe Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了进一步提高顺和煤矿承压水水害治理的可靠性,降低工作面水害威胁,解决矿井面临的太原组上段灰岩岩溶裂隙发育、水压高等难题,采取动态引流疏降的方法,开展放水试验,收集相关数据,计算得出底板主要含水层单位涌水量、渗透系数等参数。结果显示:顺和煤矿2401工作面底板灰岩含水层属于弱富水性含水层,具有较好的可疏降性;设计了采用不同等效疏水量动态引流疏放方案,利用非稳定流理论和井群干扰理论分别计算了疏降效果,在整体达到100 m3/h左右的等效疏降强度下,疏降周期合理、效果明显,可实现工作面安全经济开采,对于改进顺和煤矿底板水害防治技术手段、降低防治水工程成本等具有重要意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to further improve the reliability of confined water disaster treatment technology in Shunhe Coal Mine, reduce the threat of water disaster in working face, and solve the problems faced by the mine, such as limestone karst fracture development and high water pressure in the upper section of Taiyuan formation, the mine adopts the method of dynamic drainage and reduction, carries out outflow test, collects relevant data, and calculates the unit water inflow, permeability coefficient and other parameters of the main aquifer of the floor. The results show that the limestone aquifer in the floor of 2401 working face of Shunhe Coal Mine belongs to weak water-rich aquifer, which has good drainage ability. The dynamic drainage and reduction schemes with different equivalent drainage quantities are designed, and the drainage and reduction effects are calculated by using the unsteady flow theory and well group interference theory. When the overall equivalent drainage and reduction intensity reaches about 100 m3/h, the period of drainage and reduction is reasonable and the effect is obvious, which can realize the safe and economic mining of the working face. It is of great significance to improve the technical means of water disaster prevention and control of the floor of Shunhe Coal Mine and reduce the cost of water prevention and control project.
