聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维及矿渣含量对充填体力学特性的影响试验研究

Experimental study on the effect of polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag on mechanical properties of cemented tailings backfill

  • 摘要: 为研究聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维及矿渣含量对充填体力学性能的影响,通过分析聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维及矿渣充填体的抗压、抗拉强度及坍落度的极差和方差,得到了聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维及矿渣三因素对充填体抗压、抗拉强度及坍落度的影响程度并确定其是否是显著性影响因素。结果表明:三因素对坍落度的影响程度大小依次为聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维、矿渣掺量, 且均为尾砂充填料浆坍落度的显著性影响因素;添加纤维和矿渣均能提高充填体的抗压、抗拉强度,不同的养护龄期内,聚丙烯纤维、玻璃纤维及矿渣掺量对充填体抗压强度的影响并不一致,其中聚丙烯纤维对抗拉强度的影响最为显著。

     

    Abstract: To explore the effect of polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag on mechanical properties of cemented tailings backfill, based on the range and variance analysis of the compressive strength, tensile strength and slump of the polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag cemented tailings backfill, the influence degree and significant influencing factors of polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag on the compressive strength, tensile strength and slump of the cemented tailings backfill were obtained. The results show that the influence degree of the three factors on slump is as follows: polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag content. These three factors are the significant factors affecting the slump of the slurry. Adding fiber and slag can improve the compressive and tensile strength of backfill. The effects of polypropylene fiber, glass fiber and slag content on the compressive strength of cemented tailings backfill are different in different curing ages. And polypropylene fiber has the most significant effect on tensile strength.
