矿用湿式除尘器喷雾优化及降噪研究

Study on spray optimization and noise reduction of mine wet dust collector

  • 摘要: 为提升除尘器性能,研究优化了KCS-180D矿用湿式过滤除尘器喷雾单元,并从声源控制途径展开了降噪研究。通过对传统喷雾单元现状分析,根据顺风喷雾雾粒运动轨迹微分方程,研制了一种可降低雾粒损耗、提高雾化效果和除尘效率的环形喷雾单元;分析发现噪声异常原因是风机导叶结构布局不合理,使流体发生紊流导致噪声异常,并通过试验得到验证。根据研究成果优化设计后,除尘器性能得到提升:液气比降低了10%;总粉尘除尘效率提高了4%、呼吸性粉尘除尘效率提高了8%;除尘器整机噪声降低了17.6 dB(A),降低率为16.5%。

     

    Abstract: In order to improve the performance of dust collector, the spray unit of KCS-180D mine wet dust collector was optimized, and the noise reduction was carried out from the sound source control approach. Based on the analysis of the current situation of the traditional spray unit, according to the differential equation of the down wind spray particle movement trajectory, a ring spray unit was developed which can reduce the loss of spray particles, improve the atomization effect and dust removal efficiency. It is found that the abnormal noise is caused by the turbulent flow of the fluid caused by the unreasonable structure of the guide vane of the fan, which is verified by the experiment. According to the research results, the performance of the dust collector is improved: the liquid-gas ratio is reduced by 10%, the total dust removal efficiency is increased by 4%, the respirable dust removal efficiency is increased by 8%; the noise of the dust collector is reduced by 17.6 dB (A)and the reduction rate is 16.5%.
