煤矿区煤层气利用技术研究进展

Research progress of CBM utilization technology in mining areas

  • 摘要: 为了解决煤矿区煤层气气源分散性高、甲烷浓度低、气量波动大造成的利用途径单一、集输利用经济性差的难题,提高煤矿区煤层气利用率,依托国家科技重大专项课题,进行了煤矿区煤层气利用技术研究,初步形成了以含氧煤层气深冷液化、低浓度煤层气提质、低浓度煤层气发电提效、低浓度瓦斯安全燃烧、超低浓度瓦斯蓄热氧化综合利用等为核心的煤矿区煤层气全浓度利用技术体系,助推了煤矿区煤层气利用量和利用率的大幅提升,井下抽采煤层气利用量由2015年的48亿m3提高到了2020年的57.37亿m3,利用率从35.29%提高到了44.83%。随着我国煤炭产能集中度加快、关停/废弃矿区进一步增加,煤矿区煤层气甲烷浓度低、气源不稳定的问题仍将是制约煤矿区煤层气利用率进一步提高的主要因素。为此,全面梳理了近10年来煤矿区煤层气利用技术装备的科技创新,阐述了主要技术的最新研究进展、技术指标及应用效果。在此基础上,针对“碳达峰、碳中和”目标形势下我国煤矿面临的高强度集约化开采及智能化矿山建设新特点,分析了煤矿区煤层气利用产业发展亟待解决的技术难题及解决思路,提出了以分散煤层气高效集输、乏风瓦斯经济利用等为主导的煤矿区煤层气技术装备优化和发展方向,以期为煤层气的高效利用提供技术参考。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of single utilization way and poor economy of gathering and transportation utilization caused by high dispersion, low methane concentration and large fluctuation of gas volume of CBM gas source in coal mining areas, and improve the utilization rate of CBM in coal mining areas, the utilization technology of CBM in coal mining areas is studied based on the national science and technology major project. A utilization technology system of CBM in coal mining areas has been preliminarily formed, with the core of cryogenic liquefaction of oxygenated CBM, quality improvement of low concentration CBM, power generation and efficiency improvement of low concentration CBM, safe combustion of low concentration gas, and comprehensive utilization of ultra-low concentration gas regenerative oxidation. The utilization amount and the utilization rate of CBM in coal mining areas has been greatly improved. The utilization amount of CBM extracted underground has increased from 4.8 billion m3 in 2015 to 5.737 billion m3 in 2020, and the utilization rate has increased from 35.29% to 44.83%. With the acceleration of coal mine productivity concentration and the further increase of closed/abandoned mining areas in China, the problems of low methane concentration and unstable gas source in coal mining areas will still be the main factors restricting the further improvement of CBM utilization in coal mining areas. Therefore, this paper comprehensively combs the scientific and technological innovation of technical equipment for utilization of CBM in coal mining areas in recent 10 years, and expounds the latest research progress, technical indicators and application effects of main technologies. On this basis, in view of the new characteristics of high-intensity intensive mining and intelligent mine construction facing our country's coal mine under the situation of "carbon peak and carbon neutral", this paper analyzes the technical problems and solutions to be solved urgently in the development of CBM utilization industry in coal mining areas, and puts forward the optimization and development direction of CBM technology equipment in coal mining areas, which is dominated by the efficient gathering and transportation of decentralized CBM and the economic utilization of outgoing airflow gas, so as to provide technical reference for the efficient utilization of CBM.
