Abstract:
This paper summarized the great progress and effect of safety technology in comprehensive mechanization development in domestic coal mine over the past 40 years, and analyzed the current challenges of coal mine safety. The new generation of information technology and coal mine safety technology were deeply integrated, and the logic and overall technical framework of mine all-temporal information perception and intelligent closed-loop security control system were proposed. The advantages and disadvantages of traditional contact sensing technology and non-contact sensing technology and their application in coal mine safety monitoring system were analyzed. The characteristics and development direction of new intelligent sensing technology were analyzed. Based on the fusion of a variety of sensing technologies, the paper put forward the mine space-time multi-source information sensing and cooperative control technology path. Through the innovation of all the time and space information feedback technology of gas, fire, flood, rock burst and other disasters, the comprehensive closed-loop control technology of various disasters based on information feedback was developed to realize the advance prediction of the overall safety situation of coal mines and the advance warning of zoning and classification. The architecture and characteristics of intelligent dual prevention system were systematically expounded, and the logic and key technologies of risk and hidden danger control of intelligent dual prevention system were analyzed. Considering the reform of coal mine safety concept in energy revolution, the revolutionary influence of coal mine all-round safety concept, intelligent coal mine on coal mine safety and the abandonment of "million tons of mortality" index were put forward.
