基于数据驱动的瓦斯抽采钻孔精细化管控

  • 摘要: 针对瓦斯储量评估精度低、抽采钻孔设计不合理、钻孔施工过程监管不到位等引起瓦斯抽采效率低,进而造成瓦斯动力灾害的问题,提出了一种基于数据驱动的瓦斯抽采钻孔精细化管控模式。首先,通过瓦斯储量的精准评估和抽采钻孔差异化设计,为瓦斯精准抽采奠定基础;然后,采用钻孔轨迹测量和打钻视频监控实现抽采钻孔的精准施工;再利用高精度流量传感器和瓦斯抽采管道参数测定仪实现抽采钻孔和抽采管网的精准监测,并通过建立抽采数据校正模型和钻孔失效判识模型进一步提升瓦斯抽采数据的质量;最后,以瓦斯抽采管控平台为基础,实现瓦斯抽采全周期的信息化集约管控。这种“工艺+管理”的瓦斯抽采钻孔管控模式,可实现瓦斯抽采钻孔设计、施工、计量、管理全周期的精细化管控,显著提升了瓦斯抽采钻孔“过程化”管控的科学性,也可为瓦斯高效、智能抽采提供新思路。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low gas extraction efficiency and gas dynamic disaster caused by low accuracy of gas reserves evaluation, unreasonable design of drillings and inadequate supervision during drilling construction, a new refined control mode of gas extraction drilling based on data driven was proposed. Firstly, the accurate evaluation of gas reserves and differential design of drainage boreholes laied the foundation for accurate gas drainage; secondly, drilling trajectory measurement and drilling video monitoring were adopted to realize the accurate construction of extraction drilling; then, the high-precision flow sensor and gas drainage pipeline parameter tester were used to realize the accurate monitoring of extraction borehole and extraction pipe network, and the quality of gas extraction data was further improved by establishing the extraction data correction model and borehole failure identification modle; finally, based on the gas drainage control platform, the information-based intensive control of the whole cycle of gas extraction was realized. This new control mode of "process + management" of gas extraction borehole can realize the refined control of the whole cycle of gas extraction borehole design, construction, measurement and management, significantly improve the scientific nature of process control of gas extraction drilling, and also provide a new idea for efficient and intelligent gas extraction.
