高瓦斯环境下“固、液、气”三位一体防灭火技术的应用

  • 摘要: 高瓦斯矿井中兴煤矿1413综放工作面存在漏风裂隙致使采空区遗煤火源无法熄灭,进而造成巷道内CO浓度严重超限,此种情况下极有可能导致爆炸事故的发生。为达到安全扑灭火源的目的,针对其火与瓦斯共存的情况,提出了“固、液、气”三相联合抑爆与灭火技术。该技术从“堵、隔、灭”3个角度出发,首先在火源周边建立具有堵漏、吸能和吸热三位一体的防爆墙;然后向采空区持续注氮惰化采空区环境,降低爆炸发生的可能性;最后采取喷注浆封堵漏风通道、高位钻孔压注高固水胶体降温的抑爆与灭火措施。实践结果表明:采空区CO浓度恢复至正常水平,火区内火势被快速扑灭,预埋孔内温度始终保持低于25 ℃,解决了高瓦斯环境下遗煤火源无法熄灭的问题,为煤矿的安全生产提供了保障。

     

    Abstract: Zhongxing Coal Mine was a gassy mine, and there was air leakage fissure in 1413 fully mechanized caving face of this mine, which made the fire source of the abandoned coal in goaf unable to be extinguished, and then caused the CO concentration in roadway to seriously exceed the limit, and it was very likely to lead to the occurrence of explosion accident. Therefore, in order to achieve the purpose of extinguishing fire source safely, in view of the coexistence of fire and gas, the technology of "solid, liquid and gas" three-phase combined explosion suppression and fire extinguishing was put forward. From the "blocking, isolation, extinguish" three points of view, the trinity explosion-proof walls with plugging, absorbing energy and absorbing heat were built around the fire source firstly; then the goaf was continuously injected with nitrogen to inert goaf environment to reduce the possibility of explosion; finally, the measures of blasting suppression and fire suppression were carried out by sealing the air leakage channel with jet grouting and cooling the high level borehole with high water-retaining gel by pressure injection. The practice results show that the CO concentration in goaf is restored to the normal level, fire in the area is quickly extinguished, and the temperature in the embedded hole is always below 25 ℃, which solves the problem that the fire source of the abandoned coal cannot be extinguished in gassy environment, and provides a guarantee for the safe production of coal mine.
