Abstract:
The 7105 headgate in Wangzhuang Coal Mine was affected by its own large cross section mining and the geological structure movement. The surrounding rock was seriously broken and the roadway deformation was severe, which seriously threatened the safety production of the mine. By means of field investigation, numerical simulation and industrial test, the deformation law of surrounding rock of large cross section roadway under the influence of tectonic stress was summarized, and the induced mechanism of roadway section size effect and tectonic stress intensity effect on surrounding rock catastrophe of large cross section roadway was revealed; the stability control countermeasures of roadway surrounding rock with the core technology of "roof strong pressure support + two side grouting reinforcement + anchor grouting barrier at the bottom corner" were put forward, and the relevant industrial tests were carried out. The test results show that the maximum deformation of the roof and floor of the supported roadway is 28 mm and the maximum displacement of the two sides is 69 mm after 90 d, which effectively solves the disaster problem of large cross section roadway under the influence of tectonic stress.
