乌东煤矿综放工作面上隅角硫化氢治理技术

Treatment technology of hydrogen sulfide in upper corner of fully mechanized caving face in Wudong Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 乌东煤矿+575 m水平45#煤层西翼综放工作面开采过程中,上隅角硫化氢体积分数超限给回采工作带来严重危害。采用监测硫化氢体积分数的方法,得出在距煤壁相同的同一断面高度方向上的上隅角硫化氢体积分数呈现出与底板距离的增加而减小的分布规律。采用理论分析及现场测试相结合的方法,提出上隅角硫化氢集中抽取—净化一体化治理新技术,现场应用结果表明:在距吸风口后5 m及出风口后1 m位置的硫化氢体积分数,分别由抽取—净化前的588.8×10-6 、120.2×10-6降至抽取—净化后的28.2×10-6、10.0×10-6,硫化氢抽取率、净化率分别达到95.2%、91.7%,取得了较好的治理效果。

     

    Abstract: During the mining in fully mechanized caving face of the west wing of No.45 coal seam in Wudong Coal Mine +575 m level, the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide gas in the upper corner exceeds the limit, which bring serious harm to the mining. By monitoring the volume fraction of hydrogen sulfide, it is concluded that the hydrogen sulfide volume fraction in the upper corner of the same section height direction from the coal wall shows a distribution law that decreases with the increase of the distance from the bottom plate. By using the method of combining theoretical analysis and field test, a new integrated treatment technology of centralized extraction and purification of hydrogen sulfide in the upper corner is proposed. The field application results show that the hydrogen sulfide volume fraction in the position 5 m behind the suction inlet and 1 m behind the outlet decreases from 588.8×10-6 and 120.2×10-6 before extraction-purification integration to 28.2×10-6 and 10.0×10-6 after extraction-purification, respectively. The extraction rate and purification rate of hydrogen sulfide are 95.2%, 91.7% respectively, and good control effect have been achieved.
