煤矿井下密闭取样钻头设计与优化

Design and optimization of sealed sampling bit in underground coal mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决现有密闭取样技术存在的钻井液污染严重、取样量少、取样成功率低等问题,对常规底喷式PDC取样钻头的水路结构与取样钻头取样部分进行优化设计。将斜水路结构与3种小钻头结合,通过仿真模拟得到取样钻进过程中的钻头流场与孔底受力情况,模拟结果表明优化设计可行。在河南正龙煤业有限公司城郊煤矿开展了密闭保压取样试验,共进行了5次取样,成功取样4次,最大取样量为1 024 g,最小取样量为475 g,正常取样率在70%以上,取样量比常规底喷式取样钻头提高了1倍左右。

     

    Abstract: The existing sealed sampling technology has some problems such as severe pollution of drilling fluid, small sampling amount and low sampling success rate. In order to solve these problems, the water path structure and sampling part of conventional bottom spray PDC sampling bit are optimized. The inclined water path structure is combined with three kinds of small bits, and the flow field of the bit and the force at the bottom of the hole are obtained through simulation, the simulation results show that the optimal design is feasible. A sealed pressure-retaining sampling test was carried out in Chengjiao Coal Mine of Henan Zhenglong Coal Industry Co., Ltd., five sampling times were carried out, and four of which were successful. The maximum sampling amount was 1 024 g, and the minimum was 475 g, the normal sampling rate was over 70%, the amount of sampling was about one time higher than that of conventional bottom spray sampling bit.
