基于改进灰色Verhulst模型的巷道变形破坏预警方法研究及应用

Research and application of early warning method of roadway deformation based on improved grey Verhulst model

  • 摘要: 为解决监测数据不足导致巷道变形失稳预警结果不准确的问题,通过改进的灰色Verhulst模型对巷道围岩变形进行拟合、预测,并以位移变化曲线的拐点及极值点来确定累计位移量、位移速率指标的危险等级阈值;采用模糊综合评价方法,构建预警指标的模糊隶属度函数,采用层次分析法确定预警指标的权重,以最大隶属度原则确定最终的巷道围岩变形失稳灾害危险等级。通过对恒大煤矿2233运输平巷的巷道变形及金川二矿区1 018 m水平Ⅲ盘区1分层穿脉巷道中充填体顶板变形破坏的预警结果表明,优化灰色Verhulst模型能有效地提高小样本数据情况下巷道变形失稳灾害预警的精度,对巷道围岩变形失稳灾害预警有重要的指导意义。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problem of inaccurate early warning results of roadway deformation and instability caused by insufficient monitoring data, the improved grey Verhulst model is used to fit and predict the deformation of roadway surrounding rock, and the inflection point and extreme point of displacement change curve are used to determine the risk level threshold of cumulative displacement and displacement rate index; the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the fuzzy membership function of the early warning index, the weight of the early warning index is determined by the analytic hierarchy process, and the final risk level of roadway surrounding rock deformation and instability disaster is determined by the maximum membership principle. Through the early warning of the deformation and failure of the filling roof in 2233 haulage roadway of Hengda Coal Mine and the No.1 layered vein crossing roadway of 1 018 m section III panel of Jinchuan No.2 mining area, the results show that the improved grey Verhulst model can effectively improve the accuracy of the early warning of roadway deformation and instability disaster under the condition of small sample monitoring data, which has important guiding significance for the early warning of roadway deformation and instability disaster.
