余吾煤矿松软煤层水力割缝参数优化研究

Optimization study of hydraulic slotting parameters for soft coal seam in Yuwu Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 为了解决松软煤层条件下水力割缝卸压增透效果差、割缝钻孔排渣困难的问题,开展了松软煤层条件的水力割缝工艺参数研究。在研究松软煤层水力割缝主要控制因素的基础上,分析了不同水力割缝工艺参数对割缝煤层卸压增透效果、钻孔瓦斯抽采的影响;通过现场考察不同工艺参数下水力割缝煤层瓦斯抽采效果、钻孔割缝出煤数据,得到了松软煤层最佳水力割缝工艺参数。对最佳水力割缝参数组合进行现场应用,结果表明,割缝压力、射流切割缝槽宽度、钻杆旋转速度是影响松软煤层水力割缝卸压效果的主要控制因素,优化后的割缝钻孔平均抽采瓦斯纯流量及钻孔平均抽采甲烷体积分数分别较未采取措施的普通对比组钻孔提高了2.58、0.58倍。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of poor effect of pressure relief and anti-reflection of hydraulic slotting and difficulty of coal cinder discharge in slotting borehole in soft coal seam, the research on process parameters of hydraulic slotting in soft coal seam was carried out. On the basis of studying the main controlling factors of hydraulic slotting in soft coal seam, the influence of different hydraulic slotting process parameters on pressure relief and anti-reflection effect of slotting coal seam and borehole gas drainage was analyzed; the best hydraulic slotting process parameters of soft coal seam were obtained through field investigation of gas drainage effect of hydraulic slotting under different process parameters and borehole slotting coal production data. The optimal combination of hydraulic slotting parameters was applied in the field. The test results show that the slotting pressure, hydraulic cutting width and cutting drill pipe rotation speed are the main control factors affecting the hydraulic cutting pressure relief effect in soft coal seam. After the process optimization, the average drainage pure quantity and average methane volume fraction of the slotting borehole are increased by 2.58 times and 0.58 times respectively.
