Abstract:
In the working area of fully mechanized mining face with 8 m large mining height, the source of dust and the treatment focus is unclear, and there is no theoretical support. In order to solve these problems, taking the 12513 fully mechanized mining face of Shendong Bulianta Coal Mine as the research object, using the method of combining numerical simulation and field test, this paper studies the dust migration law of the two main dust sources of coal shearer cutting coal and falling column moving frame when they act individually and together, and analyzes the concentration distribution of respirable dust in the breathing zone of people near the coal shearer. The results show that under the two conditions of tailwind and headwind coal cutting in fully mechanized mining face with 8 m mining height, the highest concentration of respirable dust in the working area near the coal shearer is in the middle of the coal shearer, which is 203.8 mg/m
3 and 111.6 mg/m
3, respectively. The dust mass concentration produced by the falling column moving frame here is 90.7 mg /m
3, and the proportion of dust source from the falling column moving frame is 44.50% and 76.69% respectively. The research results of dust tracing can provide theoretical basis for dust control in fully mechanized mining face with large mining height.
