煤矿地下水库相邻采空区水力联系及渗流规律研究

Study on hydraulic connection and seepage law of adjacent goaf of underground reservoir in coal mine

  • 摘要: 区段煤柱参数对相邻采空区间的水力联系具有显著影响,而在煤矿地下水库设计时,区段煤柱参数的确定缺乏科学理论支撑。针对上述问题,以万利一矿4-2煤盘区区段煤柱为研究对象,根据区段煤柱侧向支承压力演化规律设计煤(岩)样渗流试验,获得煤(岩)样渗透率随垂直应力的变化函数,揭示了采空区多孔介质渗透率的分布规律。在此基础上开展了区段煤(岩)柱水渗流特性的CFD数值计算,结果表明:随着采空区水位的降低、煤柱宽度的增大,采空区水流动范围和流动速度均不断减小,水位18.65、28.65、38.65 m条件下采空区水进入相邻采空区的临界煤柱宽度分别为30、50、70 m;当区段煤柱宽度小于10 m时,采空区水可以在底部煤层绕过弹性核区进入相邻采空区;当煤柱宽度超过20 m时,采空区水不能通过底部煤柱进入相邻采空区。

     

    Abstract: The district sublevel coal pillar has a significant impact on the hydraulic connection between adjacent goaf. However, in the design of underground reservoir in coal mine, the determination of district sublevel coal pillar parameters lacks scientific theoretical support. In view of the above problems, the coal pillar in section 4-2 coal panel of Wanli No.1 Mine was taken as the research object, according to the evolution law of side abutment stress of district sublevel coal pillar, the seepage experiment of coal (rock) sample was designed, the variation function of permeability of coal (rock) sample with vertical stress was obtained, and the distribution law of porous medium permeability in goaf was revealed. On this basis, the CFD numerical calculation of water seepage characteristics of district sublevel coal pillar was carried out. The research results show that with the decrease of water level in goaf and the increase of coal pillar width, the flow range and velocity of water in goaf decrease continuously, under the condition of water level of 18.65 m, 28.65 m and 38.65 m, the critical coal pillar width of goaf water entering adjacent goaf is 30 m, 50 m and 70 m respectively; when the district sublevel coal pillar width is less than 10 m, the water in goaf can bypass the elastic core zone in the bottom coal seam and enter the adjacent goaf; when the width of coal pillar exceeds 20 m, the goaf water cannot enter the adjacent goaf through the bottom coal pillar.
