Abstract: The mine manager's safety awareness has an important influence on coal mine safety production. In order to understand the influential factors and influential paths of mine manager's safety awareness, and strengthen the management of the mine manager's safety awareness, the literature review and questionnaire survey were used to determine the influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness. The relationship between influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness was determined by expert interview. Interpretative structural modeling method was used to construct an interpretation structure model of influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness and analyze the level of the model and influential path. The research results show that there are 13 factors affecting the mine manager's safety awareness, including individual factors, social factors and organizational management factors.There are 4 levels and 4 influential paths for the influential factors of the mine manager's safety awareness, including management influential path, environmental influential path, psychological influential path and cognitive influential path.
