正压通风矿井易自燃复合煤层综放工作面火灾防治实践

Practice of fire prevention and control in fully mechanized working face of composite coal seam prone to spontaneous combustion in positive pressure ventilation mine

  • 摘要: 正压通风条件下的易自燃复合煤层开采时容易发生自然发火,严重威胁矿井的安全生产。为了解决正压通风矿井在开采容易自燃的复合煤层综放工作面时所面临的自然发火问题,以大柳塔煤矿复合区12203综放工作面采空区火灾具体防治实践为例,从工作面的区域位置及开采情况出发,采取架棚区域加固及插管注水、井下高位钻孔与地面钻孔注浆相结合、井上下封堵漏风通道及加强异常区域气体检测等措施,使火区内CO体积分数下降至正常水平,未发现C2H2等自然发火标志气体,有效消除了井下明火点,为矿井的安全生产提供了技术保障。

     

    Abstract: Spontaneous combustion is easy to occur in the composite coal seam mining under the condition of positive pressure ventilation, which seriously threatens the mine safety production. In order to solve the problem of spontaneous combustion in fully mechanized working face of composite coal seam, which is easy to spontaneous combustion in positive pressure ventilation mine. Taking the specific practice of fire prevention and control in goaf of 12down203 fully mechanized working face in Daliuta Coal Mine composite area as an example, based on the regional location and mining conditions of the working face, measures such as reinforcement of the canopy area, intubation water injection, combination of underground high-level drilling and ground borehole grouting, blocking air leakage channels up and down the well, and strengthening gas detection in abnormal areas are taken to reduce the CO volume fraction in the fire area to the normal level, and there is no natural combustion sign gas such as C2H2, which effectively eliminates the underground combustion point and provides technical guarantee for the mine safe production.
