采空区热源温度红外测定试验研究

Experimental study on infrared measurement of heat source temperature in goaf

  • 摘要: 为研究采空区高温热源的升温特征和热量传递规律,设计了采空区热源温度红外测定试验方案,分析了高温热源热量传递规律与红外测定试验温度变化的关系。研究结果表明:高温热源与测点温度均随时间呈指数形式增长,且随着测点与热源距离的增加,测点温度以二次函数形式衰减;恒温热源条件下,随着热源温度升高,测点温度整体以二次函数规律增长,但热量传递过程中损耗增加,测点温度增幅减小;对比热源在动态与稳态条件下的测点温度变化情况,通过试验误差分析,得到热源红外测定试验温度修正公式,可用于采空区内高温热源实际温度的实时监测与校正。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the heating characteristics and transfer law of high temperature heat source in goaf, the infrared measurement test of heat source temperature in goaf was designed, and the relationship between the heat transfer law of high temperature heat source and the temperature change in the infrared measurement test was analyzed. The results show that the temperature of both the high temperature heat source and the measuring point increase exponentially with time, and the temperature of the measuring point decays in the form of a quadratic function with the increment of the distance between the measuring point and the heat source; under the condition of constant temperature heat source, with the increase of heat source temperature, the temperature of the measuring point increases in a quadratic function law, but with the increase of heat loss in the process of heat transfer, the increment of temperature of the measuring point decreases; by comparing the temperature changes of measuring points under dynamic and steady heat source conditions, the temperature correction formula of the infrared measurement test of the heat source is obtained through the analysis of experimental error, which can be used for real-time monitoring and correction of the actual temperature of high temperature heat source in goaf.
