煤层夹矸对巷道围岩稳定性影响研究

  • 摘要: 为研究煤层夹矸条件下巷道围岩稳定性的影响因素,提出了一种基于决策树与正交试验设计的研究方法,使用决策树算法分析影响含夹矸巷道围岩变形的因素,得到相关因素的影响权重排序。以布尔台煤矿为工程背景,设计了三因素的正交试验方案,获得不同含夹矸条件下的巷道围岩变形规律,以极差分析与方差分析优选确定了夹矸坚固性系数、夹矸层位和夹矸厚度三因素对巷道围岩塑性区发育及巷帮移近量的影响程度。研究结果表明:巷道基本参数对围岩变形影响明显,而夹矸因素中夹矸坚固性系数、夹矸层位及夹矸厚度三因素影响较大; 夹矸强度对塑性区发育深度影响明显,夹矸厚度对巷帮移近量影响明显; 当煤矸强度比小于1时,巷道围岩较为稳定,现场巷道支护中应注重提高软弱岩层强度,加强对软弱层支护。

     

    Abstract: In order to study the influencing factors of roadway stability under the condition of coal seam parting, a research method based on decision tree and orthogonal test was put forward. The decision tree algorithm was used to analyze the factors affecting the surrounding rock deformation of roadway containing parting, and the ranking of influence weights of relevant factors was obtained. Taking Buertai Coal Mine as the engineering background, a three-factor orthogonal test scheme was designed to obtain the surrounding rock deformation law of roadway under different conditions containing parting.Range analysis and variance analysis were used to determine the influence degree of three factors including parting hardness coefficient, parting layer location and parting thickness on the development of plastic zone and wall displacement of roadway.The results show that the basic parameters of roadway have a significant effect on surrounding rock deformation, while the three factors of parting hardness coefficient, parting layer location and parting thickness have a great effect; the parting strength has a significant influence on the depth of plastic zone development, and the parting thickness has a significant influence on the wall displacement of roadway; when the strength ratio of coal and parting is less than 1, the surrounding rock of roadway is relatively stable. In the field roadway support, attention should be paid to improving the strength of the weak strata and strengthening the support of the weak strata.
