智能通风技术在韩家湾煤矿的研究与应用

Research and application of intelligent ventilation technology in Hanjiawan Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 以韩家湾煤矿为研究对象,构建了基于基础参数动态感知、通风设备智能管控、区域反风与胶带火灾精准辨识、火灾分级预警与管控的智能通风决策管控平台,形成了测风无人化、调风自动化、区域反风智能化、火灾防控超前化四项关键技术,重点介绍了智能通风技术的技术体系及系统建设内容。该技术现场应用表明,实现了远程自动测风无人化、区域风量远程自动调控、区域反风远程控制,显著提高了韩家湾煤矿通风系统自动化和智能化水平。

     

    Abstract: Taking Hanjiawan Coal Mine as the research object, an intelligent ventilation decision-making management and control platform based on dynamic perception of basic parameters, intelligent management and control of ventilation equipment, accurate identification of regional air-reversing and belt fires, fire classification early warning and management was built to realize the four key technologies, namely unmanned wind measurement, automatic air regulation, intelligent regional air-reversing and advanced fire prevention and control, the technical system and system construction of intelligent ventilation technology are mainly introduced. The field application of this technology shows that the remote automatic unmanned wind measurement, remote automatic control of regional air volume and remote control of regional air-reversing are realized, which significantly improves the automation and intelligence level of the ventilation system in Hanjiawan Coal Mine.
