工作面煤岩互层复合顶板深浅孔注浆加固技术研究

Study on deep and shallow hole grouting reinforcement technology of coal rock interbedded composite roof in coal mining face

  • 摘要: 为了解决工作面煤岩互层复合顶板出现破碎松散、离层脱落、整体漏矸严重甚至大面积冒顶等难题,以新元煤矿9104工作面为工程背景,采用现场调研、理论分析及数值模拟方法,研究了工作面煤岩互层复合顶板失稳破坏机理,划分了长度分别为3、25、23 m的基础治理区域、关键治理区域及重要治理区域,确定了工作面复合顶板分区、分重点加固的治理思路。基于此,提出了在回风巷进行“两深孔、一浅孔、两材料、三区域”的分区复合超前预注浆协同加固技术的方案,并依据现场工程实践、工程类比及理论计算公式确定了注浆材料及注浆关键参数。现场工程应用表明,该技术可有效解决工作面煤岩互层复合顶板破碎松软导致的大面积漏矸、冒顶及开采受阻等问题,确保工作面能以正常速度安全回采。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the problems of broken loose, separated layer and falling off, overall leaking gangue serious and even large area roof caving in coal rock interbedded composite roof, taking 9104 working face of Xinyuan Coal Mine as the engineering background, through the method of field investigation, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, the instability failure mechanism of coal rock interbedded composite roof in working face was studied. The basic treatment areas, key treatment areas and important treatment areas with length of 3 m, 25 m and 23 m respectively were divided, the main treatment idea of regional reinforcement and key reinforcement of composite roof in working face was determined. On this basis, the regional composite advance pre-grouting reinforcement technology of "two deep holes, one shallow hole, two materials, three regions" was put forward. According to the field engineering practice, engineering analogy and theoretical calculation formula, the grouting materials and key grouting parameters were determined. The field engineering application shows that this technology can effectively solve the problems of large area leaking gangue, roof caving and mining obstruction caused by the broken and soft characteristic of coal rock interbedded composite roof, so as to ensure the safe mining at normal speed in working face.
