煤矿险兆事件风险评价指标及分级方法

Risk evaluation index and grading method of near-miss incidents in coal mine

  • 摘要: 为确定煤矿险兆事件风险评价指标和分级标准,便于风险分级管控,根据扎根理论构建了包含5个核心范畴、24个主范畴的煤矿险兆事件风险评价指标体系;通过险兆事件安全机理相关标准得出指标量化值,并基于IAHP法确定指标权重。研究结果表明:通过权重及风险指数可较为准确地计算出煤矿险兆事件风险评价指数P,根据P值将煤矿险兆事件划分为高风险、较高风险、中等风险、低风险4个等级,以便于煤矿企业根据不同等级提出针对性的管控措施,降低煤矿事故的发生率。

     

    Abstract: In order to determine the risk evaluation index and grading standard of near-miss incidents in coal mine and facilitate the risk grading and control, a risk evaluation index system consisting of 5 core categories and 24 main categories was constructed according to the grounded theory research method; the quantitative value of the index was obtained by the safety mechanism criterion of near-miss incidents, and the weight of the index was determined based on IAHP. The results show that the risk evaluation index P of coal mine near-miss incidents can be calculated accurately by weight and risk index. Moreover, according to the P, the coal mine near-miss incidents are divided into four grades:high risk, relative high risk, medium risk and low risk, so that coal mine enterprises can propose targeted control measures according to different risk grades and reduce the incidence of coal mine accidents.
