煤层瓦斯含量直接测定取样技术研究进展

  • 摘要: 煤层瓦斯含量的精准测定是煤矿瓦斯灾害防治和瓦斯利用的前提,“保真”取样技术的发展是精准测定煤层瓦斯含量的关键。基于前期研究及文献调研,回顾了煤矿井下煤层瓦斯含量测定取样技术的发展历程,分析了当前我国井下煤层瓦斯含量直接测定取样的代表性技术的原理、技术特点,以及工程应用中的适用条件和攻关难点。深孔定点取样技术解决了取样时间、取样粒度、煤样的原位采集等问题,长距离密闭取芯技术满足了长距离一孔多次测定的瓦斯超前精准探测和区域瓦斯抽采效果评价的需求,低温冷冻取样技术能够抑制煤样瓦斯解吸的温度影响。对煤层瓦斯含量直接测定取样技术的发展趋势进行了展望,认为可视化取样、实时控温、保压取样等工艺发展能够减少测量误差,指出了科技攻关随钻孔内原位测定技术的必要性。

     

    Abstract: Accurate measurement of coal seam gas content is the premise of coal mine gas disaster prevention and control, the development of "real" sampling technology is the key to accurately measure coal seam gas content.Based on the previous study and literature research, this paper reviews the development process of measurement and sampling technology for coal seam gas content in underground coal mines, analyzes the principle, technical characteristics, applicable conditions in engineering application and key problems of the representative technology of direct measurement and sampling of underground coal seam gas content in China. The deep-hole fixed-point sampling technology solves the problems of sampling time, sampling granularity and insitu sampling of coal samples. Long-distance sealed coring technology meets the needs of advanced and accurate gas detection and regional gas extraction effect evaluation for long-distance one-hole multiple measurements, low-temperature freezing sampling technology inhibits the temperature influence of gas desorption in coal samples.Looking forward to the development trend of direct measurement and sampling technology for coal seam gas content, it is considered that the development of visual sampling, real-time temperature control and pressurization sampling can reduce the measurement error, the necessity of tackling key scientific problems with insitu measurement technology in drilling is put forward.
