煤矿安全监控系统技术现状及智能化发展趋势

Technical status and intelligent development trend of coal mine safety monitoring system

  • 摘要: 智能化矿山的建设对监测监控系统的功能性、稳定性要求日益提高,把握未来技术发展的核心需求具有重要意义。通过分析“十三五”期间煤矿安全监控系统升级改造在传感层、传输层和应用层取得的具体技术成果,基于最新的《煤矿安全监控系统通用技术要求》,探讨了监控系统下一步智能化发展方向:传感器智能化、全覆盖,支持多网、多系统融合,系统增加自诊断、自评估功能,加强数据应用分析等。提出通过对新型传感技术、传感器智能化、分布式供电及共缆透传技术、一体化采集平台、监测数据深度挖掘与分析利用、生产协同管控等技术研究,引领煤矿安全监测监控系统的智能化技术。

     

    Abstract: The construction of intelligent mine has increasingly higher requirements for the function and stability of monitoring system, and it is of great significance to grasp the core requirements of future technology development. Based on the specific technical achievements of the upgrade and transformation of coal mine safety monitoring system in the sensor layer, transmission layer and application layer during the 13th Five-Year Plan period, and on the basis of the latest "general technical requirements for coal mine safety monitoring system", the intelligent development direction of the system is discussed:intelligent sensor, full coverage, supporting multi network and multi system integration, system adds self-diagnosis and self-evaluation function, strengthen data application analysis. It proposes to lead the intelligent development of the system through new sensor technology, sensor intelligence, distributed power supply and common cable transmission technology, integrated acquisition platform, deep mining and analysis of monitoring data, production collaborative management and control technology research.
