西部生态脆弱区固废多态充填技术应用与实践

Application and practice of solid waste multi-state filling technology in ecological fragile area of western China

  • 摘要: 为解决我国西部生态脆弱区系统抗干扰能力弱、时空波动性强、环境异质性高与大宗固体废弃物排放引起的环境破坏、生态恶化之间的矛盾,在总结固废综合利用研究进展和存在的问题基础上,分析实施固废充填技术的优势及生态需求,系统阐述了具有固废处理功能的充填采煤技术研究进展,包括多态化充填技术内涵、固体充填技术、膏体充填技术、浆体充填技术的发展历程、技术原理、设计方法、适用条件,最后针对西部生态脆弱区多态化充填技术的典型应用工程进行了介绍分析。实践证明,在西部生态脆弱区因地制宜实施多态化充填技术,可安全高效处理煤炭生产加工利用过程中产生的大宗固废、控制岩层移动、保护地下水资源,可促进经济建设与生态保护协调健康发展。

     

    Abstract: In order to solve the contradiction between the weak anti-interference ability, strong fluctuation of time and space, high heterogeneity of environment and environmental degradation caused by the discharge of large amount of solid waste in the ecologically fragile region in western China. On the basis of summarizing the research progress and existing problems of comprehensive utilization of solid waste, this paper analysis the advantages and ecological requirements of solid waste filling technology, systematically describes the research progress of filling coal mining technology with solid waste treatment function, including the connotation of the technology of polymorphic filling, and the development history, technical principles, design methods, application conditions of solid filling technology, paste filling technology and slurry filling technology.Finally, the paper introduces the typical application project of the polymorphic filling technology in the fragile ecological areas of the western China. Practice shows that the technology of polymorphic filling can be applied in the fragile ecological areas according to local conditions, which can safely and efficiently deal with the large amount of solid waste, control the movement of rock strata and protect groundwater resources in the process of coal production and utilization, and realize the coordinated and healthy development of economic development and ecological protection.
