8 m特大采高工作面粉尘综合防控技术研究及应用

Research and application of comprehensive prevention and control technology of dust in working face with 8 m extra large mining height

  • 摘要: 8 m及以上特大采高综采技术大幅提升了煤炭产量,但其产尘量及采场空间也随之增大,导致传统防尘工艺技术很难解决由此产生的粉尘污染问题。为了解决工作面粉尘污染的难题,提出以采煤机割煤防尘和液压支架防尘为主的大采高综采工作面空间粉尘分区治理思路,通过采用数值计算、实验室试验和现场试验相结合的方法,开发出“气水喷雾+机载除尘+支架封闭控尘+高位抽尘与微雾净化”粉尘综合防控技术,研发了远射程低耗水型气水喷雾器、采煤机随机抽尘净化装置、液压支架封闭控尘装置和负压除尘微雾净化装置,最终形成了一套适应8 m特大采高综采工作面粉尘综合防控技术及装备。试验结果表明:上述4项措施联合的综合降尘效率在90%以上,工作面有人作业空间内粉尘质量浓度可降低至10 mg/m3以内,粉尘防控效果显著,能够有效解决类似特大采高综采工作面粉尘污染问题。

     

    Abstract: The fully mechanized mining technology with 8 m extra large mining height and above has greatly increased coal production, but its dust production and stope space also increase accordingly, making it difficult for traditional dust-proof technology to solve the resulting dust pollution problem.In order to solve the problem of dust pollution, this paper puts forward the idea of zoning dust control in fully mechanized coal mining face with large mining height, which is mainly based on coal shearer cutting coal dust prevention and hydraulic support dust prevention.Through the combination of numerical calculations, laboratory tests and field tests, the comprehensive dust prevention and control technology of "air-water spray + airborne dust removal + support closed dust control + high-position dust extraction and micromist purification" has been developed, and developed long-range and low-consumption air-water spray device, coal shearer random dust extraction and purification device, hydraulic support closed dust control device and negative pressure dust removal and micro mist purification device, and finally formed a set of comprehensive dust prevention and control technology and equipment suitable for fully mechanized mining with 8 m extralarge mining height. The results show that the comprehensive dust reduction efficiency of the four measures is more than 90%, and the dust concentration in the manned working space of the working face can be reduced to less than 10 mg/m3. The effect is significant, and it can effectively solve the problem of dust pollution similar to large mining heights.
