基于瓦斯地质特征的多参量突出预警技术在新建煤矿的应用

Application of multi-parameter outburst warning technology based on gas geological characteristics in Xinjian Coal Mine

  • 摘要: 针对新建煤矿地质构造复杂、煤层瓦斯赋存不均衡、煤与瓦斯突出防控难度大的问题,综合运用瓦斯地质理论、煤矿灾害预警技术,以矿井近5年瓦斯动力现象资料和防突数据为基础,建立了基于瓦斯地质特征的煤与瓦斯突出多参量预警指标体系。分析了瓦斯地质因素和煤与瓦斯突出预测指标K1值的关系,确定了煤层厚度变化率、煤层倾角变化率、软分层厚度、断层影响范围、煤层瓦斯含量(或压力)5个预警指标及其临界值,据此建立了瓦斯地质特征突出预警模型,并提出了预警等级判识方法。同时,开发了瓦斯地质特征突出预警系统,在新建煤矿取得了良好的应用效果,可为类似条件矿井突出预警提供参考。

     

    Abstract: In view of the complex geological structure, the uneven coal seam gas occurrence, and the difficulty of prevention and control of coal and gas outburst in Xinjian Coal Mine, using gas geology theory and coal mine disaster early warning technology comprehensively, based on the data of gas dynamic phenomenon and outburst prevention in the mine in the last 5 years, a multi-parameter early warning indicator system for coal and gas outburst based on gas geological characteristics has been established. This paper analyzed the relationship between gas geological factors and the value of coal and gas outburst prediction index K1, determined five early warning indicators and their critical values, including coal seam thickness change rate, coal seam dip change rate, soft layer thickness, fault influence range, coal seam gas content (or pressure). On this basis, the outburst early warning model of gas geological features was established, and the method of judging the early warning grade was put forward.At the same time, a gas outburst early warning system has been developed, which has achieved good application effect in Xinjian Coal Mine, providing a useful reference for outburst early warning in similar conditions.
