煤层群联合抽采瓦斯混源比例的对比试验

Comparison test of the proportion of coal seam group combined extraction gas mixed source

  • 摘要: 针对煤层群联合抽采时各煤层瓦斯无法准确计量的难题,根据瓦斯组分中的CH4体积分数和碳同位素分布规律,基于化学组成质量守恒定律,建立煤层群联合抽采瓦斯气体混源比例计算模型,并在小屯煤矿开展对比试验。研究结果表明:小屯煤矿各煤层瓦斯中CH4体积分数由大到小排序为6煤层>6煤层>6煤层,CH4碳同位素值分布在-3.6%~-3.2%内,由重到轻排序为6煤层>6煤层>6煤层。联合抽采6煤层+6煤层+6煤层时,基于碳同位素原理计算得到的6煤层混合比例为10.82%~24.54%,6煤层混合比例为57.81%~69.58%,6煤层混合比例为5.88%~31.37%,与分层计量考察结果基本一致。说明基于碳同位素进行煤层群联合抽采瓦斯混源比例的计算是科学准确的,研究结果可为煤层群瓦斯联合抽采达标评判提供新的研究思路。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that the gas in each coal seam group cannot be accurately measured when the coal seam group was combined drainage, according to the distribution law of CH4 volume fraction of gas component and carbon isotope, and based on the law of conservation of chemical composition mass, the calculation model of mixed source ratio of coal seam group combined gas extraction was established, the comparative tests were carried out in Xiaotun Coal Mine. The results show that the CH4 volume fraction of each coal seam gas is sorted from large to small with 6D, 6M and 6U, the CH4 carbon isotope value of the gas is distributed between -3.6% and -3.2%, and the carbon isotope value of each coal seam gas is sorted from heavy to light with 6D, 6M and 6U. The ratio of coal seam mixture was calculated on the basis of carbon isotope principle when the 6U, 6M and 6D coal seam were combined extraction, the ratio of 6U coal seam mixing was between 10.82% and 24.54%, the ratio of 6M coal seam mixing was between 57.81% and 69.58%, and the ratio of the 6D coal seam mixing was between 5.88% and 31.37%, which was basically consistent with the results of stratified measurement investigation. It shows that the calculation of the proportion of gas combined extraction of coal seam group and gas mixed source based on carbon isotope is scientific and accurate, and the results provide new research ideas for the evaluation standards of gas combined extraction of coal seam group.
