分布式激光火情监测系统应用及其测点部署优化

Application and optimization of test point deployment of distributed laser fire monitoring system

  • 摘要: 分析了目前煤矿常规火情监测技术的优劣,采用基于分布式光纤测温技术的矿用分布式激光火情监测系统,对月亮田矿11109采煤工作面采空区进行现场火情监测,监测了O2、CO、CO2、CH4气体的体积分数,以及采空区温度等参数的变化情况,分析了采空区瓦斯抽采束管测点布置对火情监测效果的影响。实践表明:矿用分布式激光火情监测系统的应用,减小了束管部署长度和人工束管维护工作量,实现了煤矿火情的实时在线监测,提高了火情预警的实时性、可靠性;应将束管及测温光纤部署在采空区无抽采管道或不受抽采管道影响的位置。

     

    Abstract: This paper analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the current conventional fire monitoring technology in coal mine, the mining distributed laser fire monitoring system based on distributed optical fiber temperature measurement technology was used to monitor the on-site fire in goaf in 11109 mining working face of Yueliangtian Coal Mine. The changes of parameters such as O2, CO, CO2, CH4 and temperature in goaf were monitored, and the influence of the measuring point arrangement of the gas drainage beam tube in goaf on the fire monitoring effect was analyzed. The results show that the application of mining distributed laser fire monitoring system can reduce the deployment length of beam tube and the workload of manual beam tube maintenance, realize the real-time on-line monitoring of coal mine fire, and fire warning becomes more real-time and reliable; the beam tube and temperature measuring fiber should be deployed in a location where there is no extraction pipe or is not affected by extraction pipe in goaf.
