基于精细化预测的弱突出煤层动态防突技术

Research on dynamic outburst prevention technology of weak outburst coal seam based on refined prediction

  • 摘要: 针对煤与瓦斯弱突出煤层的高效防突问题,提出了基于精细化突出预测的动态防突技术。该技术首先对即将开拓的工作面进行块段划分,在煤巷掘进过程中对每一块段开展煤与瓦斯突出危险性预测工作,基于突出危险性的预测结果采取相对应的措施,避免了防突措施的盲目性,提高了防突措施的效率。以大河边煤矿7号煤层作为研究对象,开展了煤与瓦斯弱突出煤层的动态防突技术的研究,建立了包含预测区域划分、测试钻孔设计、测试结果综合分析的成套动态防突技术,在保证矿井安全生产的条件下,实现了煤巷安全掘进1 400 m,工作面比原计划提前6个月回采完毕,缓解了矿井采掘接替紧张的局面。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem of how to prevent coal and gas outburst efficiently in weak outburst coal seam, a dynamic outburst prevention technology based on refined outburst prediction was proposed. In this way, firstly, the working face to be developed was divided into blocks, and the outburst risk prediction was carried out for each block during the process of coal roadway excavation. Based on the prediction results of outburst risk, corresponding measures were taken to avoid the blindness of outburst prevention measures and improve the efficiency of outburst prevention measures. Taking No.7 coal seam of Dahebian Coal Mine as the research object, the dynamic outburst prevention technology of weak outburst coal seam was studied, and a complete set of dynamic outburst prevention technology including prediction area division, test drilling design and comprehensive analysis of test results was established. Under the condition of ensuring safe production of coal mine, the safe excavation of coal roadway was 1 400 m, and the working face mining was completed six months ahead of schedule, which alleviated the tension of mine excavation.
