Abstract:
In view of the problem of how to prevent coal and gas outburst efficiently in weak outburst coal seam, a dynamic outburst prevention technology based on refined outburst prediction was proposed. In this way, firstly, the working face to be developed was divided into blocks, and the outburst risk prediction was carried out for each block during the process of coal roadway excavation. Based on the prediction results of outburst risk, corresponding measures were taken to avoid the blindness of outburst prevention measures and improve the efficiency of outburst prevention measures. Taking No.7 coal seam of Dahebian Coal Mine as the research object, the dynamic outburst prevention technology of weak outburst coal seam was studied, and a complete set of dynamic outburst prevention technology including prediction area division, test drilling design and comprehensive analysis of test results was established. Under the condition of ensuring safe production of coal mine, the safe excavation of coal roadway was 1 400 m, and the working face mining was completed six months ahead of schedule, which alleviated the tension of mine excavation.
