掘进工作面粉尘综合治理技术与实践

Technology and practice of comprehensive control of dust in heading face

  • 摘要: 针对保德煤矿掘进过程中产生高浓度粉尘的难题,采用大直径钻孔煤层注水和掘锚机喷雾块改造、高压外喷雾降尘技术、湿式钻进技术等相结合的降尘技术,同时结合可伸缩式全断面捕尘喷雾装置和高效清除二次扬尘技术工艺,建立一套掘进工作面综合降尘技术及工艺,实现掘进工作面低尘化生产。应用结果表明,保德煤矿81310胶带运输巷、81311回风巷及联络巷掘进工作面注水后煤层含水率平均增加了3.82%,总粉尘平均降尘率达98.72%,呼吸性粉尘平均降尘率达97.36%,有效改善了工作面的粉尘污染状况,为矿井安全高效生产提供了有利条件。

     

    Abstract: In view of the problem that high concentration of dust generated during the excavation process of Baode Coal Mine, the dust reduction technology combined with large-diameter drilling coal seam water injection, anchoring machine spray block transformation, high-pressure external spray dust-reduction and wet drilling technology was proposed, at the same time, by combining the retractable full-section dust capture spray device and efficient cleaning technology for secondary dust removal, a set of comprehensive dust removal technology and process for heading face was established, which realized the low-dust production of heading face. The application results show that the water content of coal seam in heading face of 81310 belt transport roadway, 81311 return airway and crossheading in Baode Coal Mine increases by 3.82% on average after water injection, the average dust removal rate of total dust reaches 98.72%, and the average dust removal rate of respirable dust reaches 97.36%, which effectively improve the dust pollution condition of the working face and provide favorable conditions for safe and efficient production of the mine.
